Also make sure it's a 48 volt vs. Suggestion: Look for a 2000+ model year Club Car DS. (I do have an upgraded motor that has high torque and speed.) Hills and some mud have been no problem for it. No 4 wheel drive, but I really haven't needed it. Other than food plot work, it will do anything I need it to in the woods. Still need to worry about batteries, but you would be surprised at what a golf cart can accomplish! My cart is a 2002 Club Car DS. Secondly, I also agree with the idea of checking craiglist! There are many lifted carts out there that folks have upgraded with high torque motors. I would also agree about the posts about the batteries! That will be the biggest question on the deal.
